Dr. Mark Cucuzella is a doctor, author, professor, and Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. During our conversation Dr. Mark defined what every day health means to him. He shared why he decided to write a book on running and gave a lot of great tips for anyone who has run for a long time or just starting out.
